About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide 24-hour call coverage for pediatric surgical services across clinic and operating room settings on weekends, beginning in January. Responsibilities include the evaluation and management of pediatric surgical cases as clinically indicated during assigned call periods. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain on-site availability to respond to pediatric surgical needs throughout each shift.
