Job description
An independent, not-for-profit health system in northern Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician .
Position details
ASAP start; client cannot accept 2028 candidates.
Join two pediatricians in a hospital-employed position.
Monday-Friday clinic with one half-day off per week; 20-25 patients daily.
Ten call days monthly including one weekend.
Approximately 700 deliveries annually; Level II nursery.
Compensation and benefits
Base salary plus production bonus opportunity.
Starting bonus up to $40,000, or Arkansas Community Match Program if eligible.
Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000.
Potential residency education assistance.
27 days PTO, five days CME and CME reimbursement.
