* Deliver compassionate, specialized care to children with complex developmental and behavioral needs, directly improving the quality of life for patients and their families.

* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychiatrists, and dedicated clinic support staff to design and execute holistic, integrated treatment plans.

* Mentor and educate the next generation of medical professionals by actively participating in the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program.

* Manage weekday clinical operations and dedicated clinic-only call, ensuring consistent, reliable, and high-quality access to care for our growing community.
