Job description
Position Type: Volunteer
Location: Framingham, MA
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week
Role Summary:
Peer Mentors provide encouragement and accountability using lived experience, while maintaining clear non-clinical boundaries.
Responsibilities:
Provide peer encouragement and motivation
Participate in group discussions
Model positive community engagement
Maintain appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Lived experience with recovery or reentry preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain boundaries
