Job description
Senior Care Partners PACE is seeking an experienced People Operations Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members across the organization, with regular onsite presence to drive the employee experience.
You will coach leaders, support employee relations and performance management, strengthen engagement and retention efforts, and help ensure our people practices are fair, consistent, and aligned with our values.
