Job description
Lumaicera is seeking a Pharmacist, Clinical Consultation to join our team! The main duty is to perform telephonic consultations with patients regarding the use of their specialty medication and management of their disease state.
The Pharmacist will perform medication reconciliation, screen for potential drug interactions, and provide side effect management recommendations. They will interpret prescriptions, contact prescribers for clarification, and expedite processing of orders.
