Phlebotomist FloatLocation: Naples, FL Duration: 6+ months (Possible Extension/ Temp to hire) Shift: Mon - Fri between 5am - 4pm & Rotational Sat 6am - 11:30am (40hrs/week) Note: Floaters are able to submit mileage for expense reimbursement (From Primary location to visiting location).Overview: The PSR - floater represents the face of the company, delivering professional specimen collection services and ensuring exceptional patient care. This floater role requires travel between multiple sites, performing venipuncture and related duties while adhering to safety, accuracy, and customer service standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform skilled venipuncture (pediatric, geriatric, and capillary) and specimen processingVerify patient ID and ensure accurate specimen labeling in their presenceMaintain a clean, safe, and professional work environmentComplete documentation and maintain confidentiality of patient informationAdapt to different locations and work environments with minimal noticeComply with company dress code, policies, and health/safety standardsDeliver high-level customer service and promote a positive company image.Education & Experience:Required: High School Diploma or GEDRequired: 1 to 3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.Floaters travel in between multiple sites and are expected to be on time at whatever site they are covering for that day.
