Details of the Opening:
Start date: ASAP
Standard 5 day (8-hour shift)
Patients per day: approx 13-15/day
Patient population: injury, stroke, ortho, general rehab, pain management
Job Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Board Certification: BC only
License required: yes, CA license required
DEA: yes, CA DEA required
Certifications preferred: n/a
Certifications required: AHA BLS
EMR: EPIC
