What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Advocate for patients while addressing their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
Serve as a mentor and clinical resource for PTAs, students, and volunteers.
What's Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
Current Physical Therapist License in the state of practice
CPR Certification
Schedule & Coverage
40 hours per week
Flexible day schedule, typically 8-10 hours per day
Primarily outpatient setting
Limited inpatient weekend and holiday coverage on a rotating basis
Expected weekend/holiday coverage approximately 3-4 times per quarter
