Compensation: $41.00 – $48.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) PRN Physical Therapist Flat rate: $55.00 per hour Why Ashby Ponds? n nResponsibilities
nnnEvaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
n
nnDeliver evidence-based therapy services that promote resident mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.
n
nnMaintain timely and accurate documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
n
nnCollaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
n
nnEducate residents, families, and team members regarding treatment plans and wellness strategies.
n
nnSupport residents in achieving their personal goals while honoring their preferences and routines.

n nQualifications
nnnCurrent and valid Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
n
nnDegree and training that meet Medicare and state requirements
n
nnAbility to complete required documentation and regulatory compliance standards
