Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site rehab team serving skilled nursing and long-term care residents. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention for geriatric and sub-acute patients. You’ll collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, document progress in EMR, and contribute to individualized care plans.
