Overview: $2000 Sign on bonus - True 1 0n 1 Patient Care (avg 8 patients per shift) - 401K with a 4% match
Are you gettting burned out seeing 16-24 patients a day? You will never see that here! Your daily caseload will average between 7-10 patients per day! True 1 on 1 care is what we pride ourselves in, ensuring you do not feel burnt out during your drive home after work.
Do you have a passion for pelvic, sports, and ortho PT? We have some of the best therapists in those areas and we have a great mentorship program. We are looking for a full-time outpatient PTA for our Performance Sports outpatient facility in Santa Monica CA. All of our therapists get membership with Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), so, if continued education and growth is something you are drawn to we are the company for you. This is a very dynamic facility where you will be surrounded with some incredible therapists, promoting great growth.

Responsibilities: Assist in evaluation of client's daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise Instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program
Observe patients during treatments and reports observations to Physical Therapist
Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
Qualifications: Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required
Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice required.

About: Compensation: $35 - $43/hour + a $2000 sign on/retention bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, free continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
