Position Type: PRN (As Needed)
Premier at Perry Village is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a skilled clinician who is passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence while delivering exceptional care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
What You'll Do:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist with resident evaluations and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional abilities.
Accurately document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support residents' rehabilitation goals.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring:
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team.
