Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in skilled nursing facilities. You will assess patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and discharge plans while maintaining high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, coordinating with facilities, and ensuring compliance with OBRA and state guidelines. APTA accreditation and active PT licensure are required.
