What You’ll Do
Perform assessments to evaluate patients’ functional abilities and measure progress
Design and carry out evidence‑based treatment plans that help patients regain independence and mobility
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including Nursing, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists
Supervise PTAs and Home Health Aides to ensure consistency and quality of care
Build relationships that foster trust, confidence, and healing in every home

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (required)
Experience
1 year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
Active Physical Therapy License (PT) – Virginia Department of Health Professions (required upon hire)
CPR/BLS Certification – AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required within 30 days)
Valid Driver’s License (required; frequent travel using personal vehicle)
