Job description
SP Management Services Inc is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide daytime, on-site rehabilitation services within our client network. You will assess patient mobility and functional limitations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to improve strength, balance, and independence. The therapist will document care in the EMR, coordinate closely with physicians and care teams, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge and equipment recommendations, all while upholding high standards of professionalism and client service.
