Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitation for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to enhance independence and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
