nnnnRequired Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program

nn6 months of relevant experience Preferred

nnLIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

nnLIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required

nnCRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
