Compensation:
Salary: $60 - $65/hr based on experience
Sign On Bonus: $10,000 (only valid for full time employees, invalid if you received one from any Venza Care facility in the past)

Shifts Available: Day Shift - full time
PRN available (not eligible for sign on bonus)
Position: Physical Therapist ( PT )
Location: Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Phenix City AL

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Mentor and guide therapy staff
Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of AL
2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
