Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic SNF team in Illinois. You will evaluate and treat patients following individualized plans of care, delivering high-quality therapeutic services and advancing patient outcomes.
Collaborate with facility staff and supervise assistants, conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and maintain detailed documentation to support progress and compliance.
