Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans of care, and collaborate with facility staff to achieve functional goals.
Responsibilities include timely documentation, re-evaluations as needed, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. You will educate patients and families about injuries, progress, and expected outcomes.
