Physical Therapist (Visa Sponsorship Available)
Location: Hillsborough, NJ Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday (Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. This role focuses on individualized treatment planning, strong clinical outcomes, and delivering an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused therapy services.
Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active State Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient care and outcomes.
• Open to new graduates (licensed).
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: Competitive (based on market rates & experience).
