Physical Therapist AssistantScheduled Weekly Hours: 40Carry's out treatment plans for in and/or out patients of all age groups under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:New clinicians consideredExcellent communication skillsFollows practice guidelinesAble to interpret patient status and adapt treatment plan accordingly; communicate patient issues directly with treating therapistAble to use a computerAble to prioritize work tasksAble to treat wide variety of diagnosesAble to communicate with interdisciplinary care team membersPreferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:Prior hospital settingEducational Requirements:Graduate of an accredited Associates Degree programLicense/Certification:MA LicenseCPRAge Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.Ability to Meet Job Performance Expectations: Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation.Salary Range: $28.32-$43.45Salary Range Details: The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
