Physician Assistant Locums Job in South Carolina | Monday to Thursday | Beginning ASAP - Ongoing | Assignment #
Full-time coverage needed for 2 APPs until permanent providers are hired
Shift Details
Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Requirements
Active Physician Assistant certification
Active South Carolina license
Active DHEC
Epic experience required
Assignment Details
Setting: Outpatient
Patient volume: Average daily schedule of 18–20 patients
Conduct follow-up visits and evaluate new patients
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Provide medication management in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable regulations
Document patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans accurately and promptly
Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, registered nurses, and the supervising physician
Support Staff: Experienced support staff available
Supervision: Physician is onsite 3 days per week for collaboration, consultation, and clinical support
