Emergency Medicine Physician Locums Job in Louisiana 12-Hour Shifts Beginning ASAP - Ongoing Assignment
Coverage Details
Begin as soon as credentialed
Credentialing timeframe: days with clean file
Ongoing assignment
Shift Description
6 AM 6 PM
6 PM 6 AM
Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in EM, FM, or IM with 2 years of EM experience
ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
Must have active LA license, DEA, and controlled substance registration
Residency in EM/FM/IM
Assignment Details
Annual volume: approximately 17 000 visits
5 ED beds
25-bed critical access hospital
Special services include CT scan, ICU, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound
Staffing Model for APP: 10 hours/4 days a week (11 AM 9 PM M/T/TH/F)
