Emergency Medicine Physician Roaring Spring, PA Immediate Need

Start Date: 07/23/2026
Shift: 6AM-6PM & 6PM-6AM (as scheduled)
Duration: Ongoing coverage through multiple dates in August, September, October, November, December
Hours/Week: Full-time hours, variable shifts
Employment Type: W-2 Contract
License/Certs: Active PA Medical License; BC in Emergency Medicine
Experience: At least 2 years of ED experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (plus potential supplemental benefits)

What You ll Do:Provide urgent emergency care to diverse patient populations
Manage patient flow efficiently in a busy ED setting
Collaborate with nurses, respiratory therapists, and other staff
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment
Stabilize and transfer patients when necessary
Complete detailed documentation of patient interactions
Follow established hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:Required: Active PA medical license
Board Certified (BC) in Emergency Medicine
Minimum 2 years of ER experience
Clean malpractice history/NPDB preferred
Preferred: Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
