Join a new, patient-centered primary care clinic opening in Horace, ND , in 2027. Located just minutes from Fargo, this is an opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while benefiting from the support, resources, and specialty services of the established Fargo-Moorhead Essentia Health system.
We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join an initial care team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for a physician who values collaboration, team-based care, and the opportunity to help shape a new clinic’s culture, workflows, and patient-care processes.
Practice Highlights
0.6-1.0 FTE Opportunity
Outpatient-only practice
1.0 FTE equals 36 patient-contact hours per week
Monday-Friday schedule, with flexibility within established clinic parameter
Average volume of approximately 14-20 patients per day
Collaborative physician and APP care model
Dedicated nursing and clinical support staff
Opportunity to help develop clinic workflows, patient-care processes, and team culture
Epic electronic medical record and DAX AI Scribe
Access to specialty, diagnostic, and hospital-based services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead Essentia System.

Compensation
$329,000 . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
