Family Medicine Physician Bay Area, California (San Francisco Berkeley Salinas) Position Highlights Work-Life Balance: Outpatient-only primary care with 36 clinical hours per week and flexible scheduling, including potential 410s. Physician-Led Practice: Join an established, physician-led medical group with well-supported outpatient clinics. Team-Based Care Model: Collaborative environment with strong clinical and administrative support and a focus on quality care. Manageable Patient Volumes: Average of 1618 patients per day, allowing time for meaningful patient relationships. Favorable Call Schedule: No inpatient responsibilities and minimal to no call. Professional Growth: Long-term stability with opportunities for leadership engagement and partnership over time. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Earnings: $350,000+ earning potential with strong production and quality-based incentives. Guaranteed Income: $300,000 guaranteed in Year 1.
