JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: Y-MD- Profession: Physician Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Minneapolis, MN Service Setting: Clinic / Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: Nov 16, 2026 May 03, 2027 Clinical Shift Schedule: Mon Fri, 7a 3p On-Call Shift Schedule: Overnight 7p-7a, Weekend 7a-7a, 12hr or 24hr shifts PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Volume/Census: 18-22 per day FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days REQUIRED PROCEDURES General Clinic Experience LARC insertion Colposcopy Endometrial Biopsy LEEP JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active MN License Board: BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology DEA: Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in OB/GYN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive OB/GYN clinic coverage at multiple Allina Health Clinic locations. Perform procedures including LARC insertion, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, and LEEP. Collaborate with midwives and nurse practitioners in patient care. Participate in overnight and weekend call shifts as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR.
