Physician Outpatient Internal Medicine

Our Internal Medicine team consists of three Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers when fully staffed. This position is being hired for the replacement of a long-term physician who is retiring. General bread and butter internal medicine practice. Average 15-20 patients per day. J1 candidates will be considered.
Position Overview
Anticipated 1:6 call shared with local Outpatient Internal Medicine physicians.
Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
16 - 18 patients per day
EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications.
Time off: up to 11 weeks of time off (full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)
Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14
Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000

Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
