Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $330,000 Up to 30K sign on and 10K-15K relocation Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), malpractice with tail coverage, and CME allowance Work in a well-supported Critical Access Hospital with strong community tie RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITYPediatrician (PED)
Flexible 3-day per week outpatient clinic schedule Shared call coverage - 8-10 times on call per month Must be present for deliveries, nursery rounding, and light inpatient rounding Work alongside experienced family medicine and OB/GYN teams in a supportive rural setting QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSPediatrician (PED)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Open to new graduates and experienced pediatricians Ideal candidate is comfortable practicing in a rural and underserved community Passionate about community-based medicine and continuity of care COMMUNITYPediatrician (PED)
