As one of the Northwest's largest community health centers with over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, the facility provides affordable, high-quality care with a team-based approach and comprehensive services for underserved patient populations.

Job Details:
- Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
- Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to translation and patient care
- Develop and manage your own patient panel with focus on underserved populations
- Participate in team-based approach to comprehensive pediatric care
- Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Pediatric Residency program
- Experience with community health or underserved patient populations preferred
- Malpractice insurance coverage provided (no tail coverage needed)
- Visa assistance available for J1 Waiver and H1B
- Optional 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
- $30,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance available
- $2,000 monthly resident stipend starting after contract signing
