A well-established health system on Californias Central Coast is seeking an experienced Hematology & Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, patient-centered cancer care program serving a diverse community.

Located adjacent to a major medical center and outpatient infusion center, this role offers an exceptional balance of clinical variety, team support, and lifestyle.

Inpatient rounding

Outpatient infusion center coverage

Collaborative team environment:4 Hematology & Oncology physicians

4 experienced APPs

Average 10 patients per day in clinic

What youll do Provide comprehensive Hematology & Oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, and infusion settings

Manage follow-up visits, treatment monitoring, and care coordination

Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing, and infusion staff

Support high-quality, patient-centered oncology care in a multidisciplinary environment

What were looking for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Minimum of 2 years experience required in specialty care

No new graduates

Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing oncology patients

Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality cancer care
