REQUIRED PROCEDURES
* Adult Cardiac Surgery (CABG, Valve Repair/Replacement)
* General Thoracic Surgery (Tube Thoracostomy, Tracheostomy, Bronchoscopy, VATS, Pericardial Window)
* ICU Management of high-risk cases (Impella Insertion/Removal/Bailout)
* Structural Heart Procedure Support (in Hybrid OR / Cath Lab)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Board: Board Certified
* Licenses: Active KY License (preferred) or eligibility to obtain
* Certifications: BLS, Board Certified
* Experience: Impella and Structural Heart Support experience required
* AOther Qualifications: Clean background, EPIC proficiency
Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform Adult Cardiac Surgery including CABG and valve repair/replacement.
* Perform General Thoracic Surgery procedures.
* Manage ICU care for high-risk cardiac surgery patients, including Impella support.
* Provide Structural Heart Procedure Support in Hybrid OR/Cath Lab.
* Collaborate with anesthesia and ICU teams for patient care.
