Quick Facts Location: Crane, TX Start Date: 10/15/2026 End Date: 11/05/2026 Shift: Night shifts (specific dates: 10/15, 10/18, 10/19, 10/28, 10/29) Hours per Week: Full-time (40+ hours/week) Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: RN license required Experience: Charge experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60 Benefits: Competitive pay packages and weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide clinical care to ER patients in a 3-bed unit Manage and coordinate patient care as a Charge RN Monitor patient conditions and perform assessments Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans Document patient care accurately and thoroughly Support patient flow and safety standards in the ER setting Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and priorities What You Need Valid RN license in Texas Minimum of charge experience in ER or Med Surg Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work night shifts effectively About the Assignment Join a dedicated team in a busy Emergency Room that handles a variety of urgent cases.
