Job/Practice Description: \ N
Urologist
\ N Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
\ N Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
\ N Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
\ N Group with surgical androbotics expertise
\ N Flexible office hours, 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
\ N Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center
\ N 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
\ N No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
\ N Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections)
\ N Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
\ N Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
\ N Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
\ N Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
\ N Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
\ N Option to teach medicalstudents and advanced practice trainees
\ N Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
\ N Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
