\ N Reason for need: Growth
\ N Established multi-specialty medical practice providing integrated clinical services
\ N Practice provides general urology, surgical procedures, advanced cancer treatments and other ancillary services

Organization Information: \ N State- of- the- art urology clinics and satellite offices
\ N Thousands of patients served annually between all locations through a collaborative team that includes nationally recognized Urologists, Urologic subspecialists and Radiation Oncologists
\ N Client uses MGMA and AGMA for FMV reports for specialties. Commensurate based on FMV surveys and years of experience- Salary range- Min $400-Max $600 (salary guarantees are only for the first two years, and then they go on to partnership status which gets them a ton of side revenue from other ancillaries in addition to their base).
