Quick Facts Location: 413 Lilly Road Northeast, Olympia, WA 98506 Start Date: 10/01/2026 Shift: 24-Hour Beeper Call (Inpatient) Schedule Type: Call only (1 week per month) Hours/Week: Flexible, based on coverage need Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certs: Active Medical License or IMLC, DEA, Board Certified (BC) Experience: Urology surgical skills required Duration: Ongoing, with potential for additional shifts Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide inpatient urology care during scheduled 24-hour call shifts Manage a variety of urologic cases, including surgeries and consultations Be available for callback hours, averaging 4-5 hours daily, with flexibility based on case volume Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care Document patient encounters thoroughly and efficiently Follow all facility policies and procedures during your shifts What You Need Valid Medical License or IMLC, DEA certification Board Certified in Urology (BC) Urology surgical skills required At least Insert Years of Experience years of relevant clinical experience Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a reputable healthcare facility in Olympia, WA, focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.
