Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. • 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years). Requirements: • Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission). • Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted. • Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills / Experience: Experience with Pediatric Fresh Open Hearts with congenital heart surgery experience Pediatric Open Heart Experience with: PAP/CVP/IABP/ECMO/CVVD or CRRT/Chest tubes/Alines Preferred Skills / Experience: Min of 5 years Peds CVICU experience but will consider less Unit / Facility Details: Patient Ratio: 1/1 for first 24 hours, then 1/2 if stable Special Requests: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026.
