Job description
Novelis Lincolnshire is seeking a Plant CI Leader to coordinate the NOS rollout, sustain governance, and drive capacity improvements that meet plant objectives. The role demands leadership of IPCs, training, and KPI alignment across the site.
You will coach leaders, mentor teams, and ensure NOS integration into daily operations while collaborating with regional and global teams to advance continuous improvement and safety standards.
