Job description
Addison Group SoCal is conducting a search for a Plant Controller to join a growing, global manufacturing business in Los Angeles, CA. The role reports to the CFO and partners with site leadership to enhance cost accounting, fixed-asset reporting, and manufacturing analysis.
The ideal candidate will lead a team, modernize processes, translate detailed plant data into actionable business insight, and support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential.
