Job description
TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager at the Tonawanda, NY plant to lead the production maintenance team and drive a world-class operation. You will promote a safety-first culture, guide TPM initiatives, and deliver reliable equipment performance across all shifts.
The role requires 5+ years in technical management within the food manufacturing sector, knowledge of CMMS and SAP PM, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills. A degree in engineering is preferred.
