Job description
Plumbing Jet DriverMr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a reliable Plumbing Jet Driver to join our team. This role involves operating hydro jet equipment and driving jet trucks. The ideal candidate will have strong driving and equipment operation skills, a teamwork mindset, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Pay Rate: $17/HRKey ResponsibilitiesOperate hydro jet equipment and perform sewer mainline jetting tasks.Drive jet trucks and trailers safely to and from work sites, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations.Collaborate with team to jet mainline sewers efficiently and effectively.Assist management and crews with additional tasks and projects as required.QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Previous experience operating hydro jet equipment or similar machinery is a plus but not required.Basic knowledge of sewer systems, excavation practices, and equipment maintenance a plus.Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor tasks.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Self-motivated and able to take direction from supervisors.Working ConditionsOutdoor work with exposure to varying weather conditions and environments.Flexible schedule, including potential overtime and occasional weekend work.Hands-on, physically demanding role requiring attention to detail and safety protocols.Benefits:Paid Training – We make sure that you have the knowledge and skills to grow in your career.Paid time off and paid holidaysBenefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401(k) with match up to 4%Voluntary Accident PlansCompany provided uniformsAt Mr. Rooter Plumbing, we value helping our team members build long-lasting careers in the plumbing industry, starting from general labor positions all the way to team leaders or licensed plumbers.
