From memorable service to a fun-loving company culture, we're a team that has your back.We're growing and looking for a Weekend Plumbing Supervisor who knows how to lead from the front, develop technicians, and build a winning team.If you're a servant leader looking for your employer home, apply today!Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 base salary, plus a 10% performance bonus and separate weekend bonus opportunitiesSchedule: Friday–Tuesday | Days Off: Wednesday & ThursdayAbout the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting and developing our residential plumbing technicians while keeping weekend operations running strong.You'll spend a significant amount of time in the field coaching technicians, completing ride-alongs, driving performance, and ensuring our customers receive the 5-star Radiant experience we're known for.We're looking for someone who enjoys being visible, involved, and accountable for their team's success.What You'll Be DoingLead, coach, and develop residential plumbing techniciansProvide in-field coaching through ride-alongs and site visitsTrack technician KPIs, revenue, performance, and customer experienceHold technicians accountable to company goals and expectationsPartner with Dispatch to ensure the right plumber is assigned to the right jobSupport technicians with technical troubleshooting and customer escalationsReinforce ServiceTitan processes and operational standardsMaintain high standards for workmanship, safety, truck inventory, and customer serviceConduct 1:1s, team meetings, and ongoing performance coachingHelp build a positive, competitive, and accountable team cultureWhat We're Looking ForStrong background in residential service plumbingPrevious experience leading, coaching, or supervising plumbing techniciansStrong understanding of KPIs, revenue, and technician performanceAbility to coach both technical and customer-facing performanceServiceTitan experience strongly preferredPlumbing license appropriate to the role; Journeyman or higher preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsHands-on, positive, and accountable leadership styleValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordMust be available to work Friday–TuesdayReady to Join Radiant?If you're ready to lead from the front, develop a strong plumbing team, and own weekend performance, we'd love to talk.Apply today and join one of Austin's best home service teams!
