Job description

Plumbing Technician

Build a Career That Flows Forward — Not One That Stagnates

AllTech Services, Inc. | Family-Owned | Locally Trusted | No Private Equity Serving Northern Virginia, Loudoun County & Prince William County

This is not a role for plumbers who want to coast.

At AllTech Services, we hire technicians who take ownership, respect the craft, and want to grow with a company that values people over profit. We're a family-owned leader in residential plumbing, recognized as one of Virginia's Best Workplaces and a Best Contractor to Work For because we hold high standards—and back them up with real support. No private equity. No shortcuts. No revolving door.

Your Role: Protect Homes. Solve Problems. Do It Right.

As a Plumbing Technician, you are trusted to deliver clean, safe, code-compliant work that homeowners can rely on. You don't just fix problems—you restore confidence and protect what matters most. Everything you do is guided by CARE:

Curiosity You diagnose thoroughly and stay sharp with modern plumbing technology—tankless systems, smart leak detection, water quality solutions, and evolving best practices.

Ambition You take pride in precision. You look for better solutions, cleaner installs, and opportunities to grow your skills and earnings.

Responsibility You own the job from start to finish. Clean work, proper documentation, safety, and code compliance are non-negotiable.

Empathy You listen first. You explain clearly. You treat every home with respect and every customer like a neighbor.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drainage systems

Install and service fixtures, piping, water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment solutions

Educate homeowners on maintenance, system care, and upgrade options

Use modern tools and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency

Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

Represent AllTech with professionalism, integrity, and pride

What We Expect From You

2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred

Strong diagnostic and technical skills

Comfort working with modern plumbing tools and systems

Clear, professional communication with customers

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces or tight areas

A mindset that values quality, accountability, and growth

If you rush jobs, cut corners, or avoid responsibility—this won't be the right fit. If you take pride in doing it right—the first time—you'll thrive here.
