Job description
Medley Health is seeking a compassionate PM&R Nurse Practitioner to join the post-acute care team on a part-time basis in Pennsylvania. You will provide on-site physiatry and pain management across skilled nursing facilities, helping patients regain function and improve quality of life.
The role offers autonomy, no nights or weekends, and supportive administration. Successful candidates will hold NP board certification and PA license with PM&R/pain management experience and strong communication
