Job description
Field Training Officer DutiesManages the activities of various officers performing the Field Training Officer (FTO) functions in DLA Installation Management.Maintains FTO training records reflecting training accomplished and required by individual FTOs.Assess training needs for FTOs and develops in-house training programs to augment formal training received.Distributes and balances the workload among employees in accordance with established work flow and assures timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.Patrols DLA installation and property to prevent crime, protect life and property, and enforce local regulations and laws.Orders, issues, and maintains accountability of police equipment to assigned personnel.
