Located at Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield, the Preowned Sales Director is responsible for hiring, training, developing, and leading the sales team to delivering a superior customer buying experience. A leader with integrity who maintains a teamwork mentality.

Job Responsibilities:
Work with and maintain a strong knowledge of digital marketing- using Vauto, autotrader.com, craigslist, SRPs, VDPs.
Ability to effectively manage all areas of the used car department, including but not limited to wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing.
Ability to forecast goals and objectives for used vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
Ability to hire, train and effectively lead all used car sales associates.
Possess strong closing abilities and abilities to work with lenders.
Understands and keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations.
Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
Ensure that sales representatives always understand and follow dealership policies.
Job Requirements:
5 + years of previous experience as an Automotive Used Car Sales Director in a high-end dealership is required.
Experience and knowledge of finance operations, knowledge of bank programs and ability to create excellent lender relationships are important for this position.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
