Press Line HelperSnelling is now hiring Press Line Helpers for Non-Ferrous Extrusions in Caldwell, TX. This is a hands-on production role in an aluminum extrusion manufacturing environment.Job Duties:Assist with aluminum extrusion productionHelp arrange material before and after cuttingLoad, unload, and move materials as neededRemove faulty or out-of-tolerance piecesSupport the press line, saw, packing, and production teamsKeep work area clean and organizedFollow safety rules and wear required PPEWork overtime as neededRequirements:Must be reliable and punctualMust be able to work 40-60 hours per weekMust have Monday-Sunday availabilityMust be able to stand for long periodsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsManufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plusMust be able to pass a background check and drug screenBilingual English/Spanish is a plusPay:Day Shift: $13.50/hrNight Shift: $14.50/hrEligible for a $0.50/hr increase after 90 days based on satisfactory performanceApply Today: Snelling Staffing is accepting applications now for immediate consideration.
