nMontesol Medical Centers LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. nResponsibilities:
nProvide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages in an outpatient family medicine setting
nDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions
nConduct routine wellness exams, annual physicals, and health screenings
nDevelop and manage individualized patient care plans and coordinate specialist referrals as needed
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
nCollaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
nEducate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications
nRequirements:
nMust be a licensed APRN eligible to practice in the State of Florida. Must have an active and unrestricted Florida APRN license.
nProfessional Liability Insurance must be current and active.
nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
nActive Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
nDEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification
nExperience in a primary care or family medicine outpatient setting preferred
nProficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
nBilingual in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff in both languages.
